Pizzazz (the "Service") is a humor and celebration site that turns a name and a few facts into a funny, personalized celebration page, such as a mock magazine cover, a tongue-in-cheek award, or a playful certificate. The pages use affectionate, exaggerated humor and parody. Output is generated in part by an AI model and is not a factual statement about any real person. The Service is operated by Peachtree Signal LLC ("Pizzazz," "we," "us").
You retain ownership of any photos, names, scenarios, or other content you submit ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

Any content that sexualizes, demeans, endangers, or exploits a minor is strictly forbidden, with or without consent, and will be removed and reported to NCMEC and law enforcement as required by law.
You are solely responsible for User Content. Pizzazz is a tool that generates humorous content based on your input; YOU are the publisher of any page you create or share.
If you upload a photo, you grant Pizzazz a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, process, transform, and display that photo solely for the purpose of operating the Service and rendering your celebration page. You retain ownership. We delete uploaded photos on a rolling basis (currently within roughly 30 days of generation). You can request earlier deletion via the takedown process below.

The Service is free to use. The optional one-time $6.99 charge publishes a single celebration page: it removes the preview watermark and creates a shareable public link. Payments are processed by Stripe. All sales are final. No refunds. The Service delivers a novelty / entertainment product that is generated and rendered immediately on payment, and once the page is published the deliverable has been provided in full. You waive any statutory cooling-off period to the extent permitted by law. If you believe a charge was made in error or fraudulently, email contact@pizzazz.app before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve it directly.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Pizzazz, its members, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or in connection with your use of Pizzazz, even if Pizzazz has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or relating to Pizzazz shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $50.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or Pizzazz shall be resolved through final and binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, in Austin, Texas. You waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.
We can take down any celebration page, remove any content, or block any user at our discretion. You can stop using the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Pizzazz homepage notice or email if we have your address. Your continued use of Pizzazz after a Terms update constitutes acceptance.
