We do not require an account. We do not use ad tracking, marketing pixels, or cross-site/fingerprinting analytics. We do use privacy-respecting product analytics (PostHog) to measure aggregate usage — how many people visit, make a page, and publish one — so we can improve the Service. This is not sold, not used for advertising, and not linked to your real identity. We do not store your card numbers. Stripe handles them directly.
If you are the subject of a celebration page someone else made about you, your first name and any facts the creator typed exist on our service because the creator submitted them. We did not collect this data from you. You can request takedown at any time at abuse@pizzazz.app or via /takedown, and we will remove the page promptly. You can also email contact@pizzazz.app for a copy of what we have or to ask us to delete it.
We use minimal browser storage:
rp_paid_<id> in localStorage: remembers "this page has been paid for" so the watermark stays hidden on return.rp_age_confirmed in localStorage: remembers your one-time 18+ acknowledgment so we don't re-prompt.rp_chunk_reload_attempted in sessionStorage: guards against infinite reload loops after a deploy.We do not set advertising cookies. We use PostHog only for privacy-respecting, first-party product analytics, never to build cross-site advertising profiles.
These providers operate primarily in the United States. By using the Service you understand your data is processed in the U.S.
Pizzazz is not intended for users under 18: you must be at least 18 to create a page, and we do not knowingly let anyone under 18 use the Service. Some celebratory pages may be about a child (for example a New Baby announcement or a Graduation tribute). A page may feature a minor only when the creator is that minor's parent or legal guardian, or has their parent or legal guardian's consent, as our Terms require. We process a minor's name, an optional photo, and the facts the creator types solely to create that celebratory page, under the same short retention and deletion rules as everyone else. Sexual, demeaning, or exploitative content involving minors is strictly forbidden and will be removed and reported to NCMEC. If you are a parent or guardian and want a page about your child removed, or you believe a minor's information is on the Service without proper consent, email abuse@pizzazz.app and we'll remove it promptly.
We use HTTPS, scoped storage tokens, and minimal data retention. No system is perfectly secure. Don't upload photos or facts you can't tolerate being seen.

We may update this policy. The current version always lives at this URL. Material changes take effect when posted.
